A: You may cancel a custom order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 6 hours, production may have already started and cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel, email support@z-axiswear.com immediately with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line.
A: No. Because each custom printed T-shirt is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size selected, or design preference issues. Please review your design and size carefully before placing your order.
Exception: If your custom order arrives damaged or with a printing error caused by us, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. See Custom Policy – Section 8.
A: Total delivery time(8–17 business days)= processing time(3–7 business days) + shipping time(5–10 business days).
A: Yes. We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $59.00 after discounts and coupons have been applied.
For orders below $59.00,a flat−rate shipping fee of $7.00 applies.
A:Currently, we ship only toaddresses within the United States(including the lower 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
